Village set ablaze in West Bank - as Israeli settlers torch homes with families inside Israel's prime minister and the White House condemn the attack - with Benjamin Netanyahu saying he views it with the "utmost severity".
At least one Palestinian has been killed after dozens of Israeli settlers, some wearing masks, attacked a village in the occupied West Bank.
Video on social media showed cars and houses on fire in Jit, near the city of Nablus.
Israel's military said petrol bombs and rocks were thrown at buildings and vehicles and that it used "riot dispersal means" to end the violence...
The fraudian with their brave and fearless reporting had this:
Violence in the West Bank has surged since the Israel-Gaza war started after the Hamas attack of 7 October, and the number of Israeli settlements there – which are considered illegal under international law – have hit new records. On Friday, a herding community in Umm al-Jamal, in the Jordan valley, abandoned their village after increasing settler attacks.
A few things to note despite that being only one sentence:
Violence has indeed surged but what about the results? More than 500 Palesinians KILLED in the West Bank in the period under report.
Speaking of the period under report, funny how they had to tag that "...since since the Israel-Gaza war started after the Hamas attack of 7 October" on almost like it's in their style guide (which I'm sure it is unofficially). Not just limiting the time but also placing the blame for the "war" starting on the Hamas attack.
"..which are considered illegal". No. Which ARE illegal but are considered no problem by the apartheid state and their Western supporters.
"...have hit new records". Yes. And so have the murders. Funny how that doesn't get mentioned in the entire article.
The reliably pathetic Bethan McKernan doing her duty for the apartheid state.
...no amount of cajolery, and no attempts at ethical or social seduction, can eradicate from my heart a deep burning hatred for the Tory Party...So far as I am concerned they are lower than vermin.
