It really is worth listening to this. I've never heard Wolffie go for the jugular for 3 odd hours. Wow. Some education.

Just finished and it was wide ranging and interesting. I thought he had a fairly low opinion of the interviewer's knowledge as he explained some fairly basic things in a slow manner, but I suppose that's better than too far in the other direction.

The only thing I thought was a bit iffy was his idea of America and China "carving up Europe" to keep the peace. Sounds like another Yalta back of the envelope deal.

I stayed for over 2 hours and I think he's good value. I was fine with the interviewer who kept his gob shut and let Wolff make his points at length.

Yes, particularly around the socialism v communism section, when he divided his answer into a dinner menu

"..that's the dessert, now let me give you the main course" or whatever he said.

Well worth listening to and a good channel to know about although it's probably of more interest to the mathematicians and physicists, although I have a layman's interest in the later from back in the day as it tended to be good to read/listen to when you were baked out of your gourd
