There are rumblings that indicate that not all is well between Lula and Maduro. Declaring thus that I don't know the origin of CubaHeadlines, nevertheless, and as Pepe indicated, not all is well in that sphere. Judge yourself:

Mind you, I read somewhere that Lula could only get back into power with the consent of the US.
