New Al Jazeera Documentary: 'Investigating war crimes in Gaza'

Too worn down to watch this just now, but said to be an important investigation bringing together a lot of the most damning evidence of Israeli war crimes since Oct 7th. Never to be broadcast in the UK, I expect - not by the main channels at least... Not to worry, I'm sure they'll get round to telling us in 20-30 years or so. If there are still broadcasters or media devices by then. Or any complex human society at all (not that that would necessarily be a bad thing - depends on how you define 'complex').
Anyway, blah blah blah, here 'tis:
*****
'This feature length investigation by Al Jazeera’s Investigative Unit exposes Israeli war crimes in the Gaza Strip through the medium of photos and videos posted online by Israeli soldiers themselves during the year long conflict.
The I-Unit has built up a database of thousands of videos, photos and social media posts. Where possible it has identified the posters and those who appear.
The material reveals a range of illegal activities, from wanton destruction and looting to the demolition of entire neighbourhoods and murder.
The film also tells the story of the war through the eyes of Palestinian journalists, human rights workers and ordinary residents of the Gaza Strip. And it exposes the complicity of Western governments – in particular the use of RAF Akrotiri in Cyprus as a base for British surveillance flights over Gaza.
“The west cannot hide, they cannot claim ignorance. Nobody can say they didn’t know,” says Palestinian writer, Susan Abulhawa. This is “the first livestream genocide in history … If people are ignorant they are wilfully ignorant,” she says.'Tell your story; Ask a question; Interpret generously http://storybythethroat.wordpress.com/tell-ask-listen/

I feel the same about being worn down and atrocity-swamped. If that's how we, as observers, feel just imagine how it is being on the end of it. Just horrendous.
I am going to watch it now, and I'm sure they've done a good job but then what chance of it making any difference when the ICC is such a paper tiger? Here's Norman talking about "Israel, the ICC and the global structures of power" which is a great interview on a relevant topic, but with less traumatic content. Seems a suitable place to post it.
