Skripal inquiry

Just reading through this article and it seems very much like they are tailoring everything to address the various problems with their narrative (or at least to try to address them).

This is also the first time, to my knowledge, that the CCTV of the Skripals in the park has been shown (with Sergie handing the bread to the child who fed ducks with it without any cross-contamination from the Novichok supposedly on his hands).

Seems to me they are using this as a firming-up exercise.

NoIvichok has some truly weird properties. Apparently harmless to children and ducks but so deadly that the table in Zizzi's restaurant at which the Skripals sat needed destroying immediately. There's no word on what happened to the menus, cutlery and china which they also touched and yet none of the staff who served them nor fellow customers seemed to be affected by one of the world's most toxic substances.

And the biggest mystery of all - where, exactly, ARE the Skripals? Wouldn't the easiest thing be to actually call them as witnesses rather than speculate on what happened that strange day in Salisbury?

I once believed that our legal system was relatively 'clean' - that it contained enough independent-minded folk that corruption was unlikely. No longer, alas.

Don't forget all the service vehicles that were fine for continued use until they later became so lethal they had to be entombed: which included £347,000 worth of police cars...

Then there was the checked out & uncontaminated cat that lived on in the Skripal house until they starved in to death...

oh and the roof...They finally went back and took the whole roof off...and entombed it too.

Probably nothing that anyone hasn't seen before but it's good to be reminded of what a galloping pile of horseshit this story is. The Rob Slane, six-part article is the one to read to get the most complete dismantling of the whole thing, but the summary articles are good primers.
