and he's proving his own incredible naivety just as the Duran have, glorying in the discomfiture of the west's liberal class. What's the matter with these people. That Trump willl do anything, anything at all, for the "people" of his country that GG is so concerned for? God's, sake GG, grow up.

And as regard what'll happen in Trump's administration? Read something about chaos theory, George, before celebrating so effusively and ignorantly.

GG, this was not a "revolt" of the American people. This was a confused, put-upon, manipulated and down-trodden population clutching at the flotsam as their ship goes down and they drown, only to find Trump's own life boat sailing away with his cronies unto the far horizon, oblivious of their cries.

AND, is there any sentient being on the whole planet who seriously expects Trump to deal with or even bother about humanity's burgeoning and converging existential crises? He'll just take us to the cliff top even quicker. He is NOT A NICE OR EVEN SANE HUMAN BEING. OK, so he's not woke. Great. But really??.

Trump's "cabinet" - Musk, Kennedy, Scott Bassent (hedge-fund titan) Bill Haggerty (China hawk) Marco Rubio etc. What could possibly go wrong?

I must say I am mystified by your meltdown over Trump win, John. I expected, nay, hoped that Harris shan't be elected. And it must be said that it would have been a miracle if a decent candidate like Jill Stein was elected. Also, Harris as president would have been straight path pronto to WW3 imo. She is totally clueless about the foreign policy and she would no doubt have total ijits like Sullivan and Blinken running the show. With Trump win, there is a small chance that WW3 shan't be on the horizon as in few milliseconds before the midnight, so to speak.

That said, I think you are misrepresenting Mercouris' take on Trump, as well as GG's stance. See above. People see what they want to see .. I guess. I am just waiting for Iran to attack Israel, now that the election is over (and as promised by them) and to see it all go to hell in the handbasket.

Hello, I'm pretty sure I heard A Mercouris said he's going to open the bubbly in the evening. Perhaps I misheard. And I confess I only listened to the first part of the video, There seemed to be more schadenfreude in the discomfiture and dismay of the so called "liberal classes", than what I thought might be a rational understanding of the pathology of another Trump presidency.

Very disappointing.

This is no "meltdown" over Trump. In any sane world he'd not be running a school board. So this cannot be a sane world, And as I think I am still sane, then Trump is a big problem - as a reality and as a symptom.

Trump will do his bit for chaos in the next four years. And out of chaos will come trouble.
