RFK appointment

On the radio this morning it was announced that the 'anti-vaxer and conspiracy theorist' RFK Jr has been appointed head of Health and Human Services. This is one appointment where I will enjoy the tears of the mainstream and extremists who support the racket that is big pharma and the industrial/toxic food industry. Trump has appointed neo-con loons to almost every other position but this is a token slice of sanity to please his base who will be hungry for something, anything given it looks like he's going to break all his anti-war promises. Not that Kennedy is a saint (bought and paid for by the Zionists like the rest of them, which makes him worthy of contempt given the ongoing genocide) but at least it looks like he will throw a spanner in the works of big-pharma/industrial food and highlight their corruption and profiteering.

President-Elect Trump was all Billy-big-balls 8 years ago about how he was going to sort out big Pharma and "save billions of dollars over a period of time" (accurate quote). Then he had one -- one! -- rapidly arranged meeting with panicked big pharma representatives, and the whole idea was ditched. Which is exactly what you'd expect from a malignant (i.e. sadistic & psychopathic) narcissist.

See Boris Johnson for another example of a non-self (they don't actually have one inside them) that bears the permanent impression of the last person it spoke to, and which lies (confabulates) as a matter of inevitable course as a result of not having continuous memory. NPD is literally the worst personality disorder you could ever vote for. And people always do...

I agree, which makes it all the more interesting to see what happens with RFK (whose whole raison d'etre appears to be tackling these forces) if he attempts sweeping changes and faces an inevitable backlash.
Of course the whole thing could be all smoke and mirros, what do I know.

As far as NPD is concerned, the issue is clouded by the savage deficits that a clinical narcissist manifests. The other day I heard CIA and State Dept veteran Larry C. Johnson refer in all seriousness to 'whatever good Trump may decide to do for people'. The howling daftness of that as an idea is that the clinical narcissist does not actually have a constellated, unified self, does not understand that other people are separate selves, interacts with people without genuine empathy and purely on the basis of the snapshot introjects he has created from them. The idea that a Trump (or a Boris) is neurologically even capable of grokking that other people actually are other people to whom 'good' can be done is fantastical.
