Zero Hedge debate: Max Blumenthal and Darren Beattie on Trump's picks

Not watched yet but this has been trailed a fair bit on various shows so should be interesting. I'm assuming Max is anti...well, everything

and this Darrne Beattie geezer is a MAGAt (ex speech-writer for Trump) and thinks they are all great.

From the comments it sounds like Max shredded them and the moderator (was supposed to be Judge Nap I think but there was perhaps a late change) protected Beattie quite a lot but that's from a skim of the comments so liable to be biased.

and the moderator gives him huge chunks of time to speechify and act as Trump's fluff girl and then Max gets a minute here and there. I'm an hour and a bit it's not great; Beattie spewing the MAGA line and Max not pushing back much and the moderator making it unbalanced. Might improve...

Darren Beattie is ridiclous. The few times Max was allowed to speak he made a lot of good points and then Beattie just ignores it, repeats his "Trump resisted Bolton so he can resist these people", "There were no wars under Trump" bullshit and then carries on spewing MAGA talking points and how we should ignore everything these people have done for their entire careers and think that they are suddenly going to act in a radically different way.

Also, his comment after Max pointed out RFK being in favour of genocide in Gaza was jaw-dropping: "Oh really. Well, that's irrelevant".

Also, his comment re; the crime rate "for Blacks" was very revealing. Absolutel waste of time.

I have no idea but he would fit the profile so I wouldn't be surprised.

Him and the mod were terrible. Judge Nap said he was ill at the last minute
