They spend billions arranging courts, judges, writing splendid laws, celebrating the entry of countries into the fold of the truly civilised...endlessly rewriting all domestic laws to concord with international law...and constantly arraigning "bad" people around the world...

-And then you find its all a fraud because it can all be replaced with the line: " America says No."
