I tried with Mozilla .. same result. Using Tor produced a result after some struggles. Ta.

I should add I suspect the first one (Hubris) will be the better book. The other one is by some dude from The Libertarian Institute and I think (from seeing him interviewed) he may be a bit more scattershot.
