Normally I'd accept Sleboda as a very good authority on all things Russian etc .. meanwhile, fwiw, he made a minor gaffe in saying that the meeting between Ukr and USA was in Riyadh. Ooops, it was in Jeddah. Facts are facts. Hence I pricked up my ears in what he had to say next ..

Now, Sleboda was certainly good on the background to the SMO in general, but, I felt he was somewhat superficial in describing the situation on this meeting in Jeddah.

In essence he presents the 'problem' as much more complex, not that I agree with all of it, but definitely worth considering.

Btw I agree with Mercouris (today) that the USA team headed by Rubio, in that negotiation, is laughingly pedestrian (compare to Lavrov : )).

then dismiss his entire interview. Without even listening to it.

And the point you seized on, as to him giving the wrong location for the talks is pure trivia.

Now, if you were going to the talks and were seeking directions from Sleboda and he sent you to the wrong location you might have a point. But to dismiss his entire interview on the basis of that (and having only watched 10 minutes) is absurd.

Mind you, you're a Ritter fan. And that speaks volumes. nm

Difficult to carry on with the conversation if you treat me as a child.

It's just possible that I posted more Sleboda's links than most punters on this board. You are free to check it out. Hence I am familiar with his output and respect his analysis in general. Imo this time he got lazy, hence 10 min was sufficient (and he got the city wrong). My 'caveat' was added for politeness sake.

I don't have time to get into forensics (ticking off the Korybko's list) and even if I did, judging by your reaction, it is unlikely there would be any gains.

As to being Ritter's fan .. I did say I consider he was in gaga MAGA (TM) territory.

I look forward to Sumo's prognostications, which I find fit well with Berletic's more rarefied grand strategic analysis. Ritter, like many of us, quickly shows his flaws when he ventures outside his speciality but it is good to see how he turned against the zionazi filth when he saw what they were really like. He seems to be hoping for more from Trump than is realistic; I take the view that some good may come of it by mistake.
