donny scumbag has obviously read some polls and senses how much people despise Musk and can tell which way the wind is blowing so he's got to be jetisoned, or at least put back behind the scenes.
I said when they came in that as soon as they started getting negative drag from Musk he would be thrown overboard and it seems that it didn't take long.
Of course, it remains to be seen if this is another twitch or thrash from the notoriously consistent donny scumbag and he might not follow through or might change his mind but I can't wait for this twat to be out of sight.

Will it matter much? The intent to dismantle public institutions will still be there. And Musk (and other rich people) will no doubt continue to inject huge amounts of money into influencing the politics of the US and other countries.
Probably won't make much difference although perhaps having it fronted by Musk has allowed them to get away with more. If they try to do more of the same shit but now it's some faceless aparatchik without a fan club it might not go down so easily.
