People all around me are complaining that their heads feel "woolly"

that they feel lifeless and tired during the day even after a good night's sleep. These are people of different ages.

I've had the "woolly" headed feeling myself and generally out of sorts, though with no specific complaints. Any takers?

Fed up with winter and the mild spring isn't enough. Days are getting longer though.

It could be the fact everyone's heads are constantly getting fried by WiFi signals/EMF radiation or any number of things. Not sure if it's related and I haven't gone down any rabbit holes about what our lizard overlords have in store for us but in the past 6 months ago there are much more flights overhead in the rural area I live. I hear them in the early morning and late evening as we live in a mobile home with little sound insolation. I honestly never heard them before as any planes would be too high to hear but now it is regular. I looked a few up on a flight tracker website and some have N/A only. Very unsettling. Not to mention the noticable increase in streaks across the sky in recent years. After covid nothing would surprise me in terms of what is being done to us and the general public's inability to notice important matters/ask the right questions.

My brain & energy levels have been f*ed since the start of the year, but a lot of that is down to moving & a new job. Could be something else though, hasn't been this bad before...

For about a year now I have had this thing when I wake up in the morning, where for about 10-15 minutes I lie there feeling fuddled and like death and how I might just never be able to get up again.
The feeling dissipates slowly and by the time I have brushed my teeth, I am back in the land of the living.
I have always slept badly and having a few disruptive moggies waking me up during the night has never helped, but the feeling I described above is new...well, about a year new now and I hate it.

Sounds awful Ed, commiserations. I've been hitting the snooze button a lot more than I used to and relying on coffee to get going, but not quite that bad.

@Keith - thanks, yes I've been soaking up as much as I can, drinking nettle tea and listening to bird song to try and get the spring enthusiasm going, but it's hard this year.

All this genocide stuff we're reading about & seeing pics & videos of can't be doing us any good either. Not as bad as actually living through it, mind.
