Is it me, or was the initial Pakisan provocation against India a western attack on BRICS?

Just a thought, because it is not obvious to me why Pakistan would otherwise provoke a larger neighbor, it seems thematic of a western playbook.

Maybe I misunderstand this conflict.

Moreover, if the Pakistani fighter was actually a Chinese J10 then the point may be moot.
