It was actually pretty good, and for the BBC hard-hitting, naming some of the top brass in the military as complicit in the cover-up.

I was planning to watch it tonight so can't comment until I've done so. I'm guessing not that many people have watched it even though it was referenced in that post earlier.

I was also planning on watching "The Bibi Files" so I'm going to need several replacement monitors lined up and some bangdages for the feet and fists I'll be putting through them.

The program was not bad, especially for the BiBiCee. Expecting any kind of justice would be over optimistic though.

This was the second or third "major" doc on the topic and the MOD has continued to drag its feet, stonewall and, as shown here, interfere. They don't care.

The more historic the crimes become, the more chance they will use the "impossible to have a meaningful inquiry about events so long ago" get-out.

Lots of noble words but near the end they reveal NONE of these witnesses have actually testified at any inquiry so it's just noise.

I know a lot of people who were in both places and everyone knows it was going on, even outside of the SF.

It's long been accepted that SAS and SBS are allowed to do pretty much anything but during GWOT that leniency was increased and spread to regulars.

So, decent program; nothing will come of it most likely

As one of the outstanding Royal Marines of his generation, he brings with him a wealth of operational and organisational expertise. His appointment reflects a Corps which is bound even more tightly to the way the Royal Navy thinks, operates and fights.

"He's also jolly good at murdering the wogs".

Like I said, and probably like pretty much everyone was thinking, accountability is not on the table for the KC, OBE, FFS crowd (the last one is not a real honour but should be)
