Israeli writer Alon Mizrahi: Israel began its stupid war in an attempt to prove to the world that Iran was vulnerable and penetrable, and that Israel was an unstoppable Middle Eastern power.
It took 48 hours for Iran to demonstrate it is a monstrously capable military power with immense capabilities, perhaps unmatched globally in some respects.
If anyone had any illusion that Iran could be easily pushed aside - including by a Western coalition - what Iran has produced is a formidable demonstration of what it is capable of, establishing a dead serious international deterrence.
Today, no one can have any doubt that attacking Iran will cause it to bring the entire Western structure in the Middle East to an existential crisis within days.
They have a million drones (believe me, it is no exaggeration) ready to rain death and destruction on 1,000 strategic targets. They have nuclear installations that the West doesn't even know exist. They haven't even flexed their maritime muscles till now, and this arm alone is enough to terrorize 10 US fleets. Think Yemen times 100, if not 1,000.
If the US decides to step into this, it will make the Vietnam trauma look like a joke.
Genocidal, psychopathic, and arrogant, Israel has created a mess for itself that may bring it to its knees speedily.
One more week of this trend, and Israel will hardly even function. Iran hasn't even broken a sweat yet.
I hope the septics hang them out to dry for a long while
make them squirm, expose how they are only tough when massacring women and children, let them suffer. I fear that they won't let that happen but it's safe to say Iran has definitely stepped up their response and given a clear message.
If we assume that any damage from the Iranian attack or successes they have had will be underplayed (if mentioned at all) they have clearly given the apartheid state plenty of black eyes.
The media is their usual whorish subservient selves. Just look at the contradiction within a couple of paragraphs here:
Iranian missiles have struck Israeli cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa, destroying homes and fuelling concerns among world leaders at this week’s G7 meeting that the conflict between the two regional enemies could lead to a broader Middle East war.
Israel’s Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency service said Monday that four people were pronounced dead after strikes at four sites in central Israel, with 87 injured. The dead were two women and two men, all approximately 70 years old, the MDA said.
Authorities in the central Israeli city of Petah Tikva near Tel Aviv said that Iranian missiles had hit a residential building there, charring concrete walls, blowing out windows and heavily damaging multiple apartments.
Search and location operations were under way in the northern port city of Haifa where about 30 people were wounded, emergency authorities said, as dozens of first responders rushed to the strike zones. Fires were seen burning at a power plant near the port, media reported.
First of all, since when did you ever see a report on an apartheid state bombing that said it "destroyed homes". Was that mentioned at all in the coverage of the apartheid state's attacks on Iran? Ridiculous double standards.
But in two pargraphs they go from "homes" and elderly people to "fires at a power station". So the same targets as the pariah state fired at in Iran.
Honestly I hope they leave them dangling. Teach that psychotic lunatic a lesson and let the apartheid state get a taste of their own medicine for a few months. The corporate media are complicit in the Gaza genocide. Never forget what they did. Never forgive them for it.
