He thinks Israel leads and the US follows. Whereas the US tells Israel what to do. Israel is just a proxy, like Ukraine.

I like the way Sleboda recommends that Brookings policy paper, "Which Path to Persia", that Berletic, in vain, tries to get more people to read. It spells out the entire US approach.
