I think Larry analyses it quite well re Gabbard. It seems that Vance may be the stone in the shoe, in a sense, whilst ZioDon continues on his erratic trajectory. It probably means that Vance is not listened to and may not have the handle on DNI either etc. I've seen only 5 min ..
