I happened to hear LBC this afternoon. They were discussing the news that the organisers of the London Palestine demonstrations won't end until the Palestinians have full rights and self-determination,Israel pulls out of the occupied territories and an end to zionism.
A government talking head went to to say this would mean the full removal of Jews from Israel.
This individual went on to say that this is what the Palestinian solidarity movement have always wanted.
That seems like nonsense. It's like saying wanting an end to Islamic state equates to killing all Muslim people.

It isn't for us to tell Palestinian people what to do, as it isn't for us to tell Irish people what to do. That said, If I were a Palestinian, I'd kick out the zionist filth bags and baggage. They can always go back to the Euro-American shiteholes that they came from.

1876 - 2025 = 149 years. Is that your reference?

On a side note, people forget that the Ottoman Empire was also ruling the roost deep into Europe for 500 odd years (i.e. all the way to Vienna). And it wasn't as benign as some people portray it as.

Call me stupid or uninformed, your choice, but it definitely does not refresh those intelectual certitudes. Why and how etc.?

For example, why does it relate to 1978 and not to 1876 (as quoted by your good self)?

I take it that your current position is that we have the repeat of this same scenario as Ed confirms:

Which brings me to my point, that there has been 149 years between these two 'identical'/logically balanced statements. Nevermind when you misquited this : ). Noted it was upper 6th when this misquote happened .. which I never achieved (u6) .. I was busy : ). I joined the fray later ..

That is obviously a steaming pile of manure statement, for zionist propaganda purposes. And transparently so.

As it happens, I am on the side of one-state solution. I appreciate all the blah-blah about 2 state (eyes roll). It's a pie-in-the-sky from Oslo onwards.

One needs to appreciate the demographics of Israel between Ashkenazi (non-semitic DNA) and Sephardic Jews (the latter being more likely having semitic DNA) as well as Palestinians (semitic : ))

I'd recommend a good book on the subject: 'Israel on the brink' by Ilan Pappe. A 1 state solution taking all these strands into harmony.
