Likes new expression "Global Burden Sharing Network". We'll meet it again.

He goes right through the "new" NSS, all 130 pages (give or take).

"All 130 pages"? Jeez. I've just taken to supporting him on Patreon for his efforts. And, of course, his sheer consistency.

And now I'm off to read the NSS. Gawd!
