.. To be brutally honest, the Venezuelans must be a bit retarded to not have learned anything from the Noriega saga. Spoiler: After he served his term in the US he was released to France and served there until dead, if I recall correctly.

Trump basically said what he was going to do, around 3 weeks ago.

Not to mention Aristide (Haiti, circa 2004). Nm
