Somehow nobody labels prosecutors conspiracy theorists.
Funny how that works.

You can be charged with conspiracy even if:

You didn’t personally commit the underlying crime
You didn’t know all the details or everyone involved
The crime was never completed

Felony murder being the crazy law that says if you assist in any way in a murder, even without knowing it, you can be charged with that murder.

For example, a mate asks you to give them a lift to a house, you drop them off, you go home, unbeknownst to you they kill someone at that house. Felony murder. There are other ridiculous examples you can easily find.

Qualified immunity is protecting a lot of pigs from a lot of murder charges and I think this last week has been a tipping point for a lot of people. Donny scumbag and his brown shirts are going to get a bumpy ride from here on.
