Speaking of rabbit holes, with all the Epstein stuff going on, the Marc Dutroux case may well

be revisited. It was a similar kind of thing, downplayed in the media over here, but a lot more violent: paedophile kidnapping and killing kids, gets arrested and tells a story about him doing it to order for a who's who of the European elite (pols, NATO, UN, EU, etc.) It was covered up but caused enormous demonstrations in Belgium which made them sort of reopen it and address it again, and still covering it up and again.
I recommend the podcast "Ghost Stories for the End of the World" and the subsection of their episodes "The Belgian X Files":
I think this story may get dug up again if anyone connects those dots. "The Brabant Killers" is another wild one which the podcast also covers.
Because of the way the podcast sites organise their episodes you have to click "load more episodes" repeatedly to get down to the earlier episodes. The Belgian X Files starts at Episode 78 (starts with the Belgian empire/Congo and proceeds from there up to the modern day).
The entire podcast is a great dive into deep state/conspiracy theories/pop culture events but it takes a quite rigorous approach. Much recommended for a lot of listening. The corporate media are complicit in the Gaza genocide. Never forget what they did. Never forgive them for it.
The Dutroux stuff starts at Episode 89 (which is Ep. 12 of the Belgian X Files)
There's a ton of good stuff in there if you're not interested in the, admittedly grisly, Dutroux case. The corporate media are complicit in the Gaza genocide. Never forget what they did. Never forgive them for it.
