The title is "Terrifying moment cluster bombs rain down in Tel Aviv as Iran launches barrages of ballistics" so it's clearly meant to elicit sympathy for the apartheid state, but....the comments are absolutely cheering it on. At the Sun! It doesn't help anything on the ground but that tide is definitely turning.
