It looks very much like Japan for example: Clean, neat, great infrastructure, no homeless, industrious quite content people who are able to project outwards, the common good, etc.

So it may be communism, but its far more, I think, confucianism - a very strong sense of the collective that goes back hundreds or thousands of years, the family, etc.
