Few now doubt that global warming is happening. But some public voices still profess to doubt that fossil fuels are a significant cause, and not many politicians are clamouring for massive cuts in carbon emissions and an immediate end to explorations.
In March 2023 under a Conservative government Bill Mcguire did call for these things.

I don t see how such demands have become much less urgent under this so-called Labour government
