Clearly you are a buffoon. The entire point of the post is that the origins of "the BBC" DO NOT date back to 18 October 1922 as you so incorrectly stated. "The BBC" you are listening to or watching dates back to 1927. The corporation and the company are two different entities, and while they share the initials 'BBC', so does the Baptist Bible College in Coventry. But any lawyer who understands company law will tell you that a company is separate from a human being, and it is also separate from a Crown 'corporation'. The fact is that John Reith acted illegally by representing both. That was a breach of his fiduciary duty to shareholders. The company was not wound-up until 1929 - by John Reith as Managing Director - while he was Director General of the other BBC. It was the GPO who bought out the first BBC and 'Wikipedia' has a load of rubbish (as usual) on its page. One BBC did not become another BBC.
