The charity is about a ship and a radio station which it claims is not a part of the charity, when the charity name is clearly about a defunct radio ship, and not a defunct trawler.

It is also very clear that the idea behind this operation is to confuse and obfuscate, and not to be transparent which is what the law requires when money is solicited from the public.
