That is a true statement of fact.
The questions really are:
1. Has Malcolm Smith legally changed his name to Peter Moore because he has used both names simultaneously on legal documents to imply that these names belong to two different people.
2. If Ross Revengs is "the home of Radio Caroline', then what is the legal relationship between these two entities because there is an implied subsidiary relationship which the charity denies.

2.They are two separate entities.

The 'site' referred to is the one with Smith's picture and explanation on it. The charity number appears on a scroll-down part of another page.
The charity is about a ship and a radio station which it claims is not a part of the charity, when the charity name is clearly about a defunct radio ship, and not a defunct trawler.
It is also very clear that the idea behind this operation is to confuse and obfuscate, and not to be transparent which is what the law requires when money is solicited from the public.
Your next comment, if it is more of the same, will be deleted and not put online.
It is time for you to face the truth that the entire Smith operation is wrapped in a lie which he admits on the one hand, and then denies on the other hand.
