I read 3 teen books because I had them and they only took a day or 2 each. They are written in a strange tense, but were actually pretty good mysteries.
Now, I'm back to reading an adult book.
It's not bad so far. It takes place near Boston between a woman's little organic farm, and the local older person's retirement home.
The woman, Cam, sells CSA's and is trying to get the home as a customer. She bought it from her great-uncle, who's in the home. She spent every summer at the farm from 6 to college.
She has hens that she saves, and a Norwegian Forest Cat.
The man that she's exploring a relationship with is a detective. I gather I'm reading the 2nd book in the series.
The man has a dog, and we're at the point that there was a murder at the home, and he can't see her until she's been cleared, as she's a suspect.
How was your reading week?
