It isn't clear, but I'm assuming you are wanting the school to consider providing your son with special education services. As a parent I can certainly understand your frustration. But it is important for you to understand that schools can only provide special education services to the most severely disabled students who otherwise cannot gain an appropriate education. Typically, this does not apply to students who are earning grades of C or better even if there appear be be significant differences between various skills. I would advise you to continue seeking whatever support the school is willing to provide but also ask them to continue monitoring your son's grades and progress. If he eventually demonstrates difficulties significant enough to consider the possibility of special education services it would be important to get that going as soon as possible.
