As gary has pointed out there are alot of pro's and con's, there is no streech in braid..... this gives you alot more feel in the rod however on the softer mouth fish this can be not such a good thing. fishing with such heavy line takes alot of the fun out of it!! i reakon if you are after a challange then work your way down the line class's, test yourself!! even catching kahawai on light gear makes fishing worth while!!
