both of the mechanics failed the test, one got 60%, the other got 48%, pretty dismal, they now have to wait four months to retake the test, its given us a a headache, i dont think its a question of technical ability but that they simply dont understand the content of the questions, that is to say a basic understanding of english, we have to decide which way to go, and at the moment as we need another mechanic,we are looking at employing an exsisting tester. I can see why the average age of testers is so high.what does anybody think the wage differential should be between a tester and a non tester in a garage.?
