Having recently read the flyer produced by VOSA at my local test station, I am amazed that Simons request has not opened a hugh debate. It seems to me that they want to create a fantastic customer experience at your expense, If you MOT sites have not read it properly yet (you all have it)then I suggest you do,-especially the part about Nationally recognised quality standards. Looks like the very thin edge of a very big wedge to me.
