Yes,Ed, I was surprised by the lack of response too.
Thin ends?Absolutely! The end of granddad rights?
Maybe the revoking of testing authorization because of non compliance to outside requirements like health & safety,disability discrimination etc would be cause enough. Then who knows with the reduced number of VTS`s there would be more to go around if 4,2,2 comes in 
Or am I just being cynical?
