1 The challenge of the job
2 Going to work each day to do something different and not repetitive
3 Dealing with the general public
4 Having the "crack" with the staff
5 Job satisfaction at the end
6 Seeing my staff happy in their job
7 It does keep us fit to some degree
8 Most important. seeing my customer walk away with a thankyou and not feeling robbed.
