I must agree with Tony and LAD on this!We always fit an exchange alternator and pump unit and have done with it!We have had several servo units become partially filled with engine oil but only on the odd occasion.As Tony says,if you fit a unit and give your warranty on it,sell the customer your 3000 mile oil change service or warranty is void line!It always works if they think it will make their warranty good!
