just want to see other peoples view of what these lads are learning for us to run our businesses in the future . i am appauled at the way the schemes are run . At present i am thinking of not having any at all.what they need is to be taught the basic principles of how things work ,why they work etc not loads of time on key skills ,health and saftey , designing prety pictures.even the exams you are given the answers just have to tick the right box. or is it just me ???
