From experience main dealers rarely do the early services to schedule. Mechanic has to work the bonus system to earn any money hence the time consuming, and not seen bits don't get done.
I did a pre delivery inspection once going by the list and doing everything. They never gave me another one said it normally takes 20 mins.
Serviced as per manufacturers schedule.
Surely then all manufacturers should state in service book what should be done.
How do we get accurate information. If they can use this to wriggle out of a claim it should be readily available.
