Hi Mike, Not so much an answer to your question,but more a feeling of restored faith,after all,other than being able to get a refund without question at the likes of Marks and Spencer etc. I would be curious to know how you have fared in getting satisfaction for warranty work for a botched repair to your roof or combi boiler etc.I always feel you can tell how good a company is by the way it handles warranty work.You are to be applauded for merely raising the issue,unfortunately the cynic in me says would joe public appreciate the time and effort put in to making the job right,sometimes I wonder, Michael
