One of Galloway's many great achievements was to found the first and perhaps only successful leftwing radio show. Climate skepticism was all it had in common with the now many well-funded rightwing radio shows. Around 2006 I phoned in to ask why he gave so little attention to the biggest problem of our age which I believed there was (just) time to solve. He answered with some handwaving about waiting till he could afford a low-emission car. He had not yet gone full denial and he has not yet dared to clarify his credo and justify it. But he was clearly much persuaded by Piers Cobyn, as far as I remember the only qualified expert to whom he he gave respectful hearing on RT TV, P Corbyn is among the 3% holdouts.
Does his po-up party have a formulated policy on this matter? Do its members have an opinion?
