UCI was a top 10 team for the season from the FT line, but missed 13 FTs for the game, including one that would have put them ahead at the end of regulation, and a pair at the end of OT. Frustrating Im sure for a team to lose on something that is a real strength.  Previous MessageUCI had the rebound down 1 with 11 sec on the clock. Why not get quickly past midcourt, call a timeout and set up a play? Turner had 3 TOs and didn't call one. That and choking on the FT line missing several FTs cost UCI the game. Previous MessageUCI lost it. Some stupid plays. |
