As someone on this Board said earlier, I expect any player who any other team would like to have to transfer and only the players nobody wants to stay. I too thought that would happen and we are on our way.

This matters of course. How am I treated matters. Do I get immediately yanked if I mess up? Do I get yelled at all the time? Do I get the playing time that is obvious I should get. That all matters. We don't know the full story about Acker and what his players think about him but I have seen some things from him that aren't endearing.
