Well, on the flea front I think I got it licked. I vacumned and shampooed the carpet 3x in a week. And gave the cats Capstar (which will kill all fleas on cats for 24 hours). I gave that 2x and am going to give once more tomorrow...I just shampooed the 3rd time today. I haven't seen any fleas since the last carpet cleaning and capstar. But just want to be ultimately sure. So thankfully this was resolved in a week! I just had to do something. Hated the topical meds, cause they can cause real issues if swallowed, and these guys clean each other all the time.
I think we're keeping them. I gave up asking for homes. Never really tried that hard anyway.
