Yes, a vet visit is in order to rule out any urinary tract issues.
I use calming collars, it seems to help but once one starts peeing, it sure is hard to stop.
There are products to clean the areas and products to make the area less acceptabl in spray form at the pet store and Amazon.
Maybe others have advice.
