I can't ride him right now as he is under medication for a parasitic disease that affects him neurologically, so I go out to the barn and take him for walks. He has a followup with the vet on July 5, and I'm hoping for a good progress report.

As for the evening of the 4th - I'll hide in the house with the cats and hope there aren't too many crazies setting off neighborhood fireworks!
