I'm sorry to hear this but don't think the PA is here to stay! I haven't cultured PA since 8/2006. I've been on GSH (oral) and TOBI but have not cultured it in 14 months. My advice is to stick with the TOBI and the oral GSH to prevent the PA from colonizing. While it takes a looong time to do, it is worth it to keep the PA at bay. Just do the inhaled on the off - TOBI months. After 2 years of clean cultures, she can drop the TOBI from what I understand.
