You should get your clinic to get you and e-flow device. It is a special nebulizer that cuts treatment time by more than half....Tobi for her will only take 3 minutes at the most. It is FDA approved only for the use in CF patients. It is the device that most of the newer clinical trials are using becuse it is so much more effective because meds are made into a fine vapor not mist. My clinic told me about it 3 years ago after it beat pseudo in two different kids.
