I would like to know what you guys are doing to mix your GSH and keep things sterile. I just started last week and feel great but I want to make sure I do things correctly.

I opened the capsule of buffered GSH and dumped it into a clean neb. Then I take a dropper and extract 3-5ml out of the gallon of distilled water. Then I squirt it in the neb and gently swish to get all the powder covered. Then I wait until the fizz is gone to neb.

Also, I remember some people mentioning damage to electronic equipment because it's a sticky vapor. How far away were the patients sitting from the equipment? I won't do mine in the room where we have the computer but I was 10 feet from the TV, TIVO, DVD and wondering if I could damage those items. Should I lock myself in the tv -less bedroom to "smoke"? haha
