I've had cepacia for 11 years now and i remember being devastated when i was first diagnosed, especially since i had never even heard of it before. I have heard of rare cases where someone actually does get rid of it. It is rare though, but not impossible. Some people with cepacia do quite well and are not affected by it too badly. Do you know what strain he has?
